Sweet and Tart Salad Dressing: How to Make Cranberry Vinaigrette

To make this delicious dressing, you will need fresh cranberries, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Wash and dry the fresh cranberries, then add them to a blender or food processor along with the white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Process the ingredients until the cranberries are well pureed and the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Next, slowly drizzle the olive oil with the blender or food processor running low speed, allowing it to emulsify with the cranberry mixture. This will create a smooth, creamy consistency and help the dressing cling to your salad greens. Continue blending until the dressing reaches your desired thickness, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
