Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
- 1 can white corn drained
- 1 bell pepper I prefer yellow , red or orange or a combination
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons tiger sauce
Instructions
- Combine all beans with corn and diced onions and peppers
- combine all liquid ingredients
- combine all together
- let set in refrigerator for 3 – 4 days
- serve with tortilla chips
