  • 4 (5oz) Cans Tuna or chicken.
  • 1 Cucumber – sliced, diced.
  • 1/2 Red Onion – thinly sliced.
  • 3-4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes – chopped.
  • 1 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green + Kalamata Olives
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper, diced.
  • Handful Fresh Parsley – chopped.
  • 3 Garlic Cloves – grated.
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red or White Wine Vinegar
